At MithMill, we are committed to delivering high-quality cold email marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds are available and the conditions that apply.

1. 7-Day Refund Window for New Inboxes

You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days after we have created your inboxes, provided that:

  • The inboxes have not been used to send active cold email campaigns
  • You contact us with your refund request within the 7-day window
  • The request is made in writing to support@mithmill.com

After 7 days from the inbox creation date, all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. No Refunds on Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Once a renewal payment has been processed, no refund will be issued for that billing cycle. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before the renewal date if you no longer wish to use our services.

3. No Refunds on Pre-Warmed Inboxes

Pre-warmed inboxes are non-refundable under any circumstances. Due to the time, infrastructure, and resources invested in warming up these inboxes before delivery, all pre-warmed inbox purchases are final at the time of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 7-day window:

  1. Email us at support@mithmill.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your account email, order/invoice number, and reason for the refund
  3. We will review and respond within 3-5 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days
