Yes, you will have complete administrative access to each workspace, giving you the ability to manage, add, remove, or modify domains and users. As the sole owner of the account, you can also opt to set up direct billing with the service provider in the future. Pricing will be determined by the Email Service Provider, based on your region and billing information.
To optimize outreach and maintain a smooth experience, we recommend assigning each alternate domain its own dedicated workspace, with a maximum of three email accounts per domain. This setup minimizes the risk of disruptions across your entire outreach campaign, allowing for easy transitions between domains, workspaces, or accounts if any issues occur. Please note: These limits are not enforced by Inboxlogy or your email service provider, but are considered best practices for cold emailing.
At Inboxlogy, there are no hard limits set on the number of emails you can send, nor are there restrictions from email service providers. However, for optimal performance, we recommend sending up to 10 new emails, 20 follow-up emails, and 20 warm-up emails per day, ensuring a 90% reply rate.
Location for the licenses will be set as per your location used for billing or setup in the Inboxlogy account. Note: ESPs control email routing and users/admins don’t have access to change or modify.
Accounts can be linked to any email application (such as Instantly, Smartleads, or ReachInbox) that supports connections via oAuth, App Password, or IMAP/POP with email service providers.
Any domain registrar can be used. However, GoDaddy and Cloudflare are recommended for cold emailing.
Yes, you can. However, you'll need to delist the domains from the current workspace first. Once that's done, resellers can issue licenses under their program. Please note that all data will be lost, and a rewarm-up process will be required.
You will be charged on the 1st of each month for account renewals. To avoid charges, ensure you cancel before the renewal date.
Resellers receive volume-based discounts through a commitment, allowing them to pass these savings on to you.
Request a live call where they show their Partner Program portal and verify their authorization to sell and provide technical support.
No. After the reseller sets up your accounts, you are required to update the passwords at the first login, ensuring they no longer have access. If they’ve set up your account, change all passwords before starting any email campaigns.
Your services come directly from Google and Microsoft, not the reseller. If the reseller shuts down, you can add your own payment method and switch to regional pricing.
We specialize in data-driven cold email marketing, helping businesses connect with their target audience and generate high-quality leads. With personalized campaigns and detailed performance tracking, we ensure results that drive growth
