1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service purchased has not been delivered as described.
  • There was a technical issue on our end that prevented the service from being rendered.
  • A written request for a refund has been submitted within 3 days of the initial purchase date.

Please note that refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

  • Services have been rendered or partially rendered.
  • The client has failed to provide the necessary information to complete the service.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences that were not explicitly covered in our service terms.

2. Non-refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Google Workspace setup and related services (as the setup is a one-time fee and service is rendered upon completion).
  • Email marketing campaigns that have been executed.
  • Any additional services or custom projects that have been started or completed.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a refund request via our Contact Page.
  2. Provide your order details and a clear explanation of why you’re requesting the refund.
  3. Once we review your request, we will notify you via email if it has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original method of payment.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • If only a portion of the service has been delivered.
  • If a service was not completed as per the original agreement.

5. Modifications to the Refund Policy

Mithmill reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting.
